I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

No, but this is always something we can discuss , and you will have to make exceptions for the travel

II. How long do Photo Sessions Typically take?

Most Photo sessions take between 1-2Hrs, depending on the package chosen but I always suggest that we block off a 3hr period on the day to prepare for travel time, prep, and/or waiting in line or traffic. In addition, my timeframes are generous because I am able to capture quickly, so don't be surprised if wee get done a few minutes earlier. I always ask for a 2hr minimum.

III. How long does it take to recieve the photos after the photo session and how will those be delivered?

You will receive a google drive gallery where you will be showcased all the photos that were captured and you can choose the pictures that you like/love for edit, as well as for final presentation. Based on agreements and timeliness of both parties, final delivery is with 24-72hrs after the event/photoshoot

IV. Why do I have to pay a deposit

To lock in your date + Time slot. If you cancel last minute or within 48hrs. your deposit will not be refunded (For elopements: at least 1 week before the date). This helps someone else who most likely would have been able to book me during that period. Nothing will be on my calendar until the deposit is paid, making your desired time slots up for grabs .

V. When do I pay the balance ?

The balance after the initial deposit , which may consist of a travel fee+ session fee is due immediately following your shoot before we depart ways. No images will be delivered until the final payment is made. The the booking system is set up is in two installments : Deposit + Final payment

VI. what are location travel fees ?

Dependent on exactly where you want your photography session done, so travel fees vary. (60 cents/mile). This ensures that I get to you and back safely.

VII. What happens if it rains or some unforeseen circumstance

If the weather is crazy/act of nature/issues/etc, we will put your deposit towards a re-schedule. However, if you simply don't show up to the session, the deposit will not be refunded. if you have booked a portrait,couple, or music/entertainment photo session [This does not include elopements, corporate/Brand events} and need to reschedule your session, your deposit can be put towards a re-schedule as long as we are notified within 14 days to your session. However, if you need to cancel and do not want to reschedule, your deposit will not be refunded.
